I've been spending a lot of time with my corgi mix. She's made me seriously reconsider the whole romance thing, mainly because she does so many things that some of the men I have dated have not. Specifically, she loves any food I cook for her she will sit next to me all day watching MI5 or Burn Notice, and doesn't care if I'm not wearing makeup, yet she is o.k. with staying out from underfoot if I'm on a work deadline. She loves treats. She is always up for a run or a late night walk. She really likes being petted. She doesn't care that I'm relatively flatchested. Also, she responds when called, bites me in bed at night, and doesn't poop in the house very often. She always listens raptly to my singing. She loves children and will chase them and their fathers, given the chance. My age is irrelevant to her, and she is really o.k. with me being 40. She's also not 420 friendly, doesn't like it when I drink much, and responds very negatively to very big or tall men. But then, she's probably just reading me. Soare you as good as my dog?
